EU and UK delivery typically takes less than 2 weeks. However, during periods of high demand, delivery dates may be extended slightly. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be responsible for paying VAT or other import taxes upon delivery.

We offer a 90-day refund policy. If your item is broken or starts malfunctioning without any apparent reason, please email us with a description of the issue, the buyer's full name, and attached photos of the device and the purchase receipt showing the date and name.
